Aleko “Alex” Andrew Sboukis, 57 Mecklenburg County. He was a son of Andrew and Marcella Sboukis (Cleveland, Ohio). A loving father to Andrew and Maria. Companied by Rocky ( a mans best friend, who stayed by his side until the end.) A brother, an uncle, and a friend too many. Alex worked hard and played hard , having a great love of the restaurant business and riding his Harley. He met life head on , never shying away from a challenge. He loved being around a challenge. He loved being around people. Charismatic , the life of the party with his exuberance heard by all those around him. Yet , he would willingly give you the shirt off his back , be by your side when you needed help ( even if it meant putting himself at risk.)
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the alzheimers association, which was his wishes would be greatly appreciated
