William Raymond Wallace, 60, of Charlotte, went to be with the Lord April 4, 2014. His loving daughter, Cindy, was at his side. Bill was born in Haywood County, Tennessee, June 23, 1953. He was the son of the late Troy William Wallace and Joyce Ann Adams Wallace. His immediate family, in addition to his daughter, Cindy Wallace, includes two brothers, James and John Wallace.
