Bobby Ray Deese, 78, finished his race and met his Savior, Jesus Christ, face-to-face on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.  Bobby was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and resided in Stanley, NC.  He was proceeded in death by his parents, James & Della Deese; brothers Gene, Donnie, and Ronnie Deese.  

A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and loving friend is survived by his wife, Dotty Deese; step-daughter Sandy King Niemeyer (David); grandchildren, Jordan Clark (Luke), Riley Williams (Cody), Colby Moise (Preston), and Noah Niemeyer; brother-in-law, Dickie Bennett (Pat); sister-n-law, Dee Slagle; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Bobby was a long-time friend of Bill W. 

Bobby retired from Summerour Lamps of Charlotte, NC where he enjoyed building and restoring lamps. 

A graveside service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 11:00 am at Charlotte Memorial Gardens, 7632 Hood Road, Charlotte, NC 28215.
