Mom passed peacefully, just 5 days after celebrating her 96th birthday.  She loved all of her children, both human and canine, her bright colors, and good food.  As I was scrolling through all my photos of her, in most of them, she was eating.  Her last culinary request when I saw her earlier this week was for me to bring her waffles with real maple syrup the next time I visited.  I promised to bring them to her on Sunday, today. Sadly, she never got those waffles but I pray the angels are dishing some up, and she’s sharing them with Daddy and Karl.  Rest in peace, Mom.  All your pups are waiting to greet you.  ❤️
