Elizabeth Mary Markis, 92, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away May 5, 2014. She was born September 20, 1921, in Alton, Illinois, and was the daughter of the late Philip Frohlich and Rose Galavner Frohlich. Her immediate family includes her children, Lynne Malec, Carol Markis, Philip Markis, and Diane Markis; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. -
