Firuz Labib

Just like the love that surrounded him throughout his life, Firuz’s passing was peaceful and enveloped in the love of family and friends at the home of his sister Monireh in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Firuz was a devoted member of the Baha’i Faith, kind and generous, and dedicated to bringing greater peace and unity to everyone he encountered. He pioneered to Rhodes, Greece following his father Muhammad Labib, and later to Celaya, Mexico with his beloved wife Joan. 

We celebrate his transition to the Abha Kingdom, where he joins his beloved late wife Joan and dear family members and friends.

His memory will be cherished by all whose lives he enriched. Firuz is survived by his beloved children, Jana Labib, John Labib, Tom Sheehan, Kathy Mair, Joan Sheehan-Jones, and John Sheehan, grandchildren, and his loving sisters Monireh and Lili and extended family. We take inspiration from the full and rich life he shared here with us.
