Freda L. Scott, 86, of Charlotte, but formerly from Morgan County, Ohio, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, June 29, 2010, at the home of her daughter, Cindy Augustine and her husband, John. Funeral services and committal will take place in Ohio.
