Janet Alvarez,60 of Charlotte, NC has gained her wings and joined our heavenly father on February 6,2022.

Janet blessed this world with her presence on July 5,1961 to her mother Margarita Garcia in San Antonio Texas. Janet relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1989 where she later found interest in property management and dedicated her time to the industry for more than 20 years and always went above and beyond to help her friends and family with employment or a place to live.

Janet is survived by her mother Margarita Garcia; 6 siblings; daughters Lisa and Rachel Alvarez; sons Raul Alvarez and Julio Avila JR; grandsons Trayvone Tobias,Jason Alvarez,Raul Alvarez Jr. and great grandson ares tobias.

 Janet lived a full life and loved her family very much. She will always be remembered and sorely missed.
