John Davidson Taylor, Jr., 72, formerly of Mecklenburg County, but now residing in Concord, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 17, 2012. John was born in Mecklenburg County and was the son of the late John D. Taylor, Sr. and Margaret Cochran Taylor. He is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Doris Taylor. He was a proud member of Fellowship Baptist Church where he and his late wife, Annie, had been members for many years. John was a quiet man and was an avid electronics enthusiast. His immediate family includes two sisters, Margaret Marcenia Vick of Charlotte, and Lola JoAnne Williams of Iron Station; and several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-laws. -
