Leighton Mitchell Lovette, 76, of Matthews, passed away January 20, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Sandra; daughters, Kim Goff and her husband, Richard, and Leigh Poplin and her husband, David; a sister, Neil Lane; four grandchildren, Katelyn Goff, Lindsey Goff, Addison Poplin, and Adam Poplin. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to Hospice of Union County or charity of choice. -
