Reginald Wayne "Reggie" Belk,Sr., 64, of Charlotte, passed away March 16, 2016. He will be remembered as a true pillar of the community because of his service as a teacher's assistant, PTA President, and student counselor with the Charlotte/Mecklenburg School System. However, his roll as a father out-weighed any of those outside activities. His immediate family includes his sons, Reginald "Wayne" Belk, II, and Aaron Ewing Belk (Yoli); his sister, Nancy Denise Belk; and his granddaughter, Julie Isabella Belk. -
