Roger Franklin McWhorter, 56, of Indian Trail, North Carolina, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Monday, Nov. 21, 2016. A native of Charlotte, Roger will be remembered as a superintendent with Simpson Electric, a company he has served for over 30 years, and a beloved elder with Central Church of God. His immediate family includes his wife, Donna McWhorter; their children, Brenda Elizabeth McWhorter, Matthew Franklin McWhorter, and Samuel Peter McWhorter; his father, Henry F.
