Theodore “Teddy” Bunyan Davis IV, aged 55, passed away on January 19, 2024, in Monroe, North Carolina. Born on August 16,1968, in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

He is survived by his devoted mother, Linda W. Davis of Indian Trail, NC, and brother James E Haynes Jr. (Sherry) of Indian Trail. Teddy is also survived by five nieces and nephews. Teddy is predeceased by his father Ted B. Davis III and sister Deidra D. Efird. 

Teddy had a love for music which extended to playing the guitar and piano. Teddy enjoyed playing worship and praise music. He was involved with two mission trips and enjoyed his time spent at First Baptist Church of Indian Trail. 

Services to honor Teddy’s life will be held on Thursday with visitation being from 11:30AM to 12:15PM at First Baptist Church of Indian Trail with the service at 12:30. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. 

The arrangements are being managed by Gaskin Funeral Services, located in Matthews, North Carolina 28104.

 Teddy’s memory will be forever cherished by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. His absence will be deeply felt, and his legacy will continue to inspire.
