Rev. Thomas Henry Braswell born April 8, 1947 went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 3, 2021.   Mr Braswell was preceded in death by wife Ellie Jeanette Braswell (2014); his mother, Lela and father, Lee Braswell, along with his sister, Evelyn Moss.    He worked in textile mills until he retired but was also a Minister of the gospel. Mr. Braswell was veteran and served in the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Willie Braswell of the home, Concord NC; two sons, Tommy Braswell (Crystal) of Monroe NC, and Michael Braswell (Amy) of Albemarle NC; Grandchildren, Palmer, John, Faith, Makayla, Trenton, Chloe, Nicole, Natalya, and Jaylen; step sons, Mickey Howard (Rita), Roger Howard and his companion Shannon; six step grandchildren and 14 step great-grandchildren; brother Elgie Braswell and late wife Arlene of Wichita KS,  brother Jack Braswell and late wife Bessie of Indian Trail NC,  sister Louise Grindstaff (Joe) of Mint Hill NC and many nieces and nephews.   Services for Mr. Braswell will be held at 3:00 PM at Love Baptist Church in Monroe, NC. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM. Interment will immediately follow the service.
