Mr. Thomas Monroe Utley, 80, of Marion, South Carolina, passed away April 16, 2013. He was born November 6, 1932, in Birmingham, Alabama, and was the son of the late Ulmer Clifton Utley and Agnes Oneida Walker Utley. Mr. Utley was a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Korean Conflict. His immediate family includes three children, Melaine U. Goode of Charlotte, Mikael Corley Utley of Locust, and Miki U. Russ of Matthews; one brother; one sister; eight grand children. -
