Victoria Marie Kulinski, 90, of Charlotte, went to be with the Lord November 1, 2015. She was born December 2, 1924 in Berea, Ohio, and was the widow of the late John W. Kulinski. Her immediate family includes two children, Timothy John Kulinski and his wife, Sandra, and Jane W. Dreer and her husband, Tom; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. -
