William (Bill) Howard, 72, of Charlotte, North Carolina, but formerly of New York, passed from this life and entered into the eternal presence of his Lord and Savior in that Heavenly Home, Friday, November 2, 2012, while in the care of the staff of Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, North Carolina. His immediate family includes his wife, Elsie Pratt Howard, of Charlotte; his son, Nerul Howard; his daughters, Sheri Howard and Natalie Perit, all of New York; his brother, John Howard, and sister, Vivian Howard, both of Atlanta, Georgia.
